Rules protecting BikeYa, rental businesses, customers, and the public.

1. Lawful and authorised use
Use BikeYa only for lawful business purposes and only with data, vehicles, content, and accounts you are authorised to manage. Do not facilitate an unlawful rental, unlicensed operation, unsafe vehicle, fraudulent transaction, tax evasion, discrimination, exploitation, or violation of consumer or privacy rights.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload or send malware, threats, harassment, hate content, sexual exploitation material, unlawful surveillance, stolen material, counterfeit or altered identity documents, defamatory content, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Do not misrepresent vehicle condition, availability, price, deposit, insurance, business identity, customer identity, or the role of BikeYa.
3. Platform security
Do not attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, evade plan limits, scrape without permission, automate abusive traffic, access another business’s data, share credentials outside authorised personnel, or use the service for spam or phishing.
4. Personal data and documents
Collect only data reasonably necessary for the rental and limit access to personnel who need it. Do not publish private identity, licence, plate, payment, location, or contact data without a lawful basis.
Do not use BikeYa to create hidden profiles of shop visitors or access a person’s profile merely because they viewed or messaged a shop.
5. Enforcement
BikeYa may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably required. Serious security, safety, or legal risks may require immediate action.
