- Version

- Effective date
- 29 July 2026
1. Technologies and purposes
BikeYa may use browser cookies, local or session storage, secure tokens, mobile application storage, and software-development-kit identifiers to remember a session, language, security state, consent choice, interface preference, or service-performance information.
Strictly necessary technologies support authentication, account routing, security, fraud prevention, consent storage, and core operation. Preference technologies remember language and interface choices. Analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, must follow the lawful choices shown for the relevant domain or application.
2. Choices and duration
Non-essential technologies are activated only according to the available consent choices and can be changed through Cookie Settings where provided. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or core functions.
Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain for their stated period or until removed. Material new non-essential purposes require a new choice where law requires it.
