Electronic Communications and Records Consent

The business consents to receive agreements, policies, invoices, notices, security messages, support communications, and service records electronically through the service, email, push notification, or another contact method associated with the account.

Clicking an acceptance button, selecting a checkbox, entering an OTP, applying an electronic signature, or continuing after a clearly disclosed acceptance step may form an electronic record of agreement.

BikeYa may record the accepted version, timestamp, account, user, language, IP address, device information, and related audit event. Current legal documents remain accessible in the Legal Centre.

Electronic access requires a supported internet-connected device, a current browser or BikeYa application, a valid contact method, and software capable of displaying or downloading standard web pages and PDF files.

Electronic-delivery consent may be withdrawn through the published support channel without affecting records already validly delivered or accepted. Because BikeYa is an online service, withdrawal may prevent continued use where electronic records are necessary.

A downloadable or printable copy may be requested. Records are available in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and the acceptance record stores the language and version presented.
